Registered Building Inspector

Our client is looking for a Registered Building Inspector to be based in Manchester.

You will deliver independent, statutory building control services by assessing architectural plans and inspecting site works. You will also ensure all construction projects comply with the Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant statutory instruments, safeguarding public health and safety.

This role is working in Greater Manchester on an agency contract for 12 months minimum.

Pay is £70 per hour
