Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Residential | Leicester | Up to £40,000

A well-established care provider is seeking a Registered Manager for a CQC Good-rated residential service in Leicester (LE3), supporting adults with learning disabilities, including dual diagnoses and complex needs.

About the role:
You'll hold full CQC registration and compliance responsibility, lead and develop the staff team, manage budgets, and ensure care delivery aligns with the CQC's "Right support, right care, right culture" framework.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Registered Manager or strong deputy-level experience in LD/complex needs care
  • Solid understanding of the current CQC inspection framework
