Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Residential | Sheffield | Up to £40,000

An established residential care provider is looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 16-bed service in Sheffield (S8) supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The service holds a Good CQC rating and offers a great platform to build on strong existing foundations.

About the role:
You'll take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the service, including regulatory compliance, staff leadership, budgets and quality assurance, while driving person-centred outcomes for residents.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Proven Registered Manager experience within LD/complex needs residential care
  • A track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings
