The provider currently has a strong team of care staff ready to support growth and 5 nurses on standby. The business has also successfully delivered nursing, supported living and specialist services and has established contacts within the ICB.
This is an opportunity to develop the business, utilise the existing relationships and grow the number of community packages.
They are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record who can work independently, manage their own diary and take ownership of developing the service.
What’s on offer:
- £50,000 - £70,000 salary
- Lucrative bonus to be agreed directly between the successful Manager and Director
- 33 days annual leave

- Opportunity to play a key role in developing a new area of an established business
- Manage the existing community care packages across the West Midlands
- Develop and grow the number of community packages
- Utilise existing ICB contacts to identify and develop new opportunities
- Build on the provider's existing nursing, supported living and specialist services
- Work with the available nursing and care staff to support new packages
- Ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements and maintains high standards of care and compliance.
- Take ownership of the service and manage your own diary
- Work closely with the Director on the continued growth of the business
- Essential experience managing TDDI packages
- Strong experience within clinical complex care
- Experience managing community-based care packages
- Proven track record of successfully managing a CQC-registered service.
- Proven track record of developing and growing a service
- Strong existing relationships within the care and healthcare sector
- Confident working independently and managing your own diary
- A strong self-starter with the drive to develop the business
- You do not need to be a nurse for this role
