An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a locality of Supported Living and Community services across Hull.

The service operates across five sites, supporting eight adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced manager who is comfortable with autonomy and accountability and is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred support.

You will play a key role in leading and developing the team, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance, and building strong relationships with families, commissioners and other professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and expansion of services across the Hull region.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
  • Take full operational responsibility for the Supported Living and Community services across Hull.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing care and support team.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred outcomes for the people supported.
  • Oversee support planning, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Build positive relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and embed a positive service culture.
  • Support the strategic expansion and development of services across the Hull region.
  • Ensure every person supported is treated with dignity, choice and respect.
  • Provide strong, values-led leadership across the locality.

Key requirements of a Registered Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or similar services.
  • Sound knowledge of CQC frameworks, legislation and best practice.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams.
  • Organised and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support.
  • Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs is highly desirable.
  • Passion for empowering individuals to live full and meaningful lives.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.
