Registered Manager – EBD & LD Home

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential home supporting individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, strong safeguarding practices, and positive outcomes for the young people/residents you support.

You will be supported by an experienced and dedicated senior team, providing a strong foundation for you to lead and develop the service.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working within EBD and Learning Disability services.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, care standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proven leadership and people-management skills.

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Who We're Looking For

We would ideally like to hear from candidates who are already operating at Registered Manager level and have experience managing an EBD/LD service.

However, we are also happy to consider experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a Registered Manager position.
