This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take full leadership of a service, driving quality, compliance, and team development while ensuring residents experience a true sense of home.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, performance, and quality of the service. You will create a positive, inclusive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home, while supporting your team to deliver exceptional care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day management of the service, creating a positive and values-driven culture
- Ensuring delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with CQC standards
- Maintaining compliance, overseeing audits, and driving continuous improvement
- Recruiting, developing, and motivating staff to build a high-performing team
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Managing budgets and ensuring efficient operational performance
About You
Essential:
- Experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within the care sector
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
