JCO Healthcare is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established and highly respected provider of specialist residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of a specialist residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance.

You will lead and inspire a dedicated team whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining a positive culture for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the service
• Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards
• Lead, mentor and develop staff teams
• Promote person-centred care and positive outcomes
• Monitor quality, audits and service improvement plans
• Manage relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

About You

Applicants should ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Learning Disability services
• A strong track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and support
