About the Company
You’ll be joining an established complex healthcare provider delivering thousands of hours of community-based care each month.
The service supports children and adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes, with an established infrastructure around the Registered Manager, including Clinical Leads, Care Coordinators, Recruitment, Business Development and senior clinical leadership.

With new tenders, referrals and business opportunities being developed, this is an opportunity to join a growing service and make a genuine impact as Registered Manager while helping shape its next stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold operational and managerial responsibility for the CQC-registered complex care service, maintaining safe, compliant and high-quality care.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of paediatric and adult complex care services within the community.
  • Lead and support Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
  • Maintain strong standards across CQC compliance, safeguarding, quality, governance and risk management.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the safe mobilisation and ongoing management of complex care packages.
  • Drive service growth through new referrals, tenders and business development opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with NHS ICBs, commissioners, local authorities, Case Managers and healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with Recruitment and Business Development colleagues to support sustainable service growth.

About You
  • Management experience within community complex care, homecare, domiciliary care or another CQC-regulated service.
  • Strong operational leadership experience with responsibility for service delivery, quality and compliance.
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, quality frameworks and risk management.
  • Confident leading multidisciplinary operational and clinical teams.
  • Commercially aware, with experience contributing to service growth, referrals, tenders or business development.
  • Comfortable building relationships with commissioners and external healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex care services would be highly advantageous.
  • You do not need to be a Registered Nurse or hold an NMC registration to be considered.
You may already be a Registered Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Care Manager within complex care, homecare or another regulated community care service and be looking for greater responsibility and scope for growth.

Clinical experience or a nursing qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential. An established clinical team provides specialist clinical oversight, allowing you to focus on operational leadership, CQC compliance, quality, people management and sustainable service growth.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine operational leadership, service quality and commercial growth, we’d love to hear from you.
