PSM Recruitment is looking for an experienced and committed Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.
The successful candidate will ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements, relevant legislation and company policies, whilst maintaining a safe, effective and person-centred environment for both service users and staff.
This is a hands-on management role, with responsibility for leading the care team, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
- Ensure systems, processes and practices meet CQC Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action where required.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage and support the care team to deliver a safe, high-quality and responsive service.
- Conduct regular staff supervisions, audits and team meetings.
- Ensure staff training, competencies and professional development remain fully up to date.
- Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to the wider care team.
- Promote a positive culture focused on high standards of care and continuous improvement.
Care Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Oversee initial assessments, care planning and regular reviews, ensuring a personalised, person-centred approach.
- Monitor service user satisfaction and respond promptly and effectively to concerns or complaints.
- Ensure care documentation is accurate, person-centred and maintained in a timely manner.
- Monitor the quality of care being delivered and ensure appropriate standards are consistently maintained.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced in a Registered Manager or senior management role within domiciliary care.
- Confident managing and developing a care team.
- Strongly focused on CQC compliance, quality and safeguarding.
- Organised, approachable and confident dealing with staff, service users and their families.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Able to identify areas for improvement and take ownership of implementing positive change.
Salary £30,000 - £32,000.
Shifts Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
