JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a reputable care centre near Aldershot, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their clients.

• Registered Adult Nurse – RGN
• £21 per hour
• £27.30 for weekends
• 36-48 hours per week
• Day shifts only
• CQC rating: Good
• Offering post-operative care

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• You must be a qualified nurse – RGN - and have a valid NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills
• Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
• Previous experience within a similar setting
• Minimum 4 years’ nursing experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE:

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
• Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
• May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
• Providing the highest standards of convalescence and post-operative care at all times
