Registered Nurse (RGN) - Flexible Shifts in South East

Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced, professional and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our flexible agency team.

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will work across appropriate healthcare and care settings, delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering nursing care in accordance with individual care plans, clinical requirements and the policies and procedures of each placement.

Responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring individuals' health and wellbeing, administering and managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately.

You may also provide clinical guidance and support to care staff while ensuring dignity, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards are maintained.

As an agency nurse, you must be confident adapting to different care environments while remaining accountable for your professional practice.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must:

• Hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Have relevant recent UK nursing experience and be confident with medication management, clinical documentation and recognising deterioration
• Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and required competency assessments
• Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK
