Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work at our family run nursing home.

• We provide nursing care for up to 26 residents over the age of 65 years in homely and traditional surroundings.

Your duties

• Responsible for the well-being of our residents, ensuring that their medical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Responsible for the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home when our matron is not on duty.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our care and auxiliary staff.
• Report to our matron.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
• Experience of working with the elderly, especially medication administration and patient care.    
• Caring and compassionate attitude for our residents.
• Good team player and communicator.
• Should live locally.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK as we cannot sponsor visa applications.
