We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our agency team, supporting care homes across Scotland.
The Role
You will work within a variety of care home settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities may include:
- Administering and managing medication
- Completing clinical observations and assessments
- Developing and updating care plans
- Supporting residents with complex and long-term health needs
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Responding appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions
- Working alongside carers and other healthcare professionals
- Providing support and reassurance to residents and their families
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC registration
- Minimum 6 months’ UK nursing experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Care home experience preferred
- Reliable, compassionate and professional
