We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children’s Home (EBD) in Derby (DE21); a beautifully refurbished two-bed home ready for Ofsted registration.

This is your opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a service from the ground up, with the autonomy to build your team and deliver outstanding outcomes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)..

What You’ll Need:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services)

Proven experience managing EBD or similar Children’s Residential Homes

Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes

Confident leadership and staff development skills

A proactive, passionate approach to improving children’s lives
