Leading Legionella and Water Compliance Consultancy are looking to add to their London team to cover commercial contracts across sites including Health Care, Education, Retail and Offices. They currently require a Remedial Plumber ideally with experience in water hygiene to work on a set number of accounts acting as the POC to site manager ensuring sites remain compliant and all work is completed is a professional manner.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber role the following experience is required

• 4+ years working as a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber on commercial sites
• Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Plumbing as a minimum
• Full driving license
• DBS Checked

The Remedial Plumber will join an existing team and carry out a range of duties including

• Routine inspections on water systems, servicing pumps, pipework and associated appliances
• Diagnosing leaks, replacing pipework, removing deadlegs and TMV installs/servicing
• Undertake tank inspections, maintenance and replacements where needed
• Ensuring all plumbing meet building and water regulations.
• Assisting with legionella control including temperature monitoring, sampling and tank cleans
