This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Remote Mortgage Advisor to join a growing team in a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to the office in Rochester, Kent to attend team meetings and training days.

The Role

You will provide customers with expert mortgage advice and recommend tailored solutions based on their individual circumstances and requirements.

You will promote appropriate insurance products, including those provided through Legal & General, adding value to the customer's overall financial journey.

You will work towards and exceed performance targets, converting opportunities into successful business and contributing to continued growth.

You will develop strong working relationships with estate agents and other professional contacts to maximise new business opportunities and referrals.

You will proactively contact prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.

You will ensure all advice and activity is conducted in accordance with FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements.

The candidate will need to be

CeMAP 1 qualification, or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification, is essential.

The Package

Salary of £29,000 plus a guaranteed payment for a fixed period.

Realistic earnings of £55,000 including commission, with uncapped earning potential.

A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

The role is five days a week with flexibility around working patterns, but you must be able to travel to the Rochester, Kent office at least once a month.
