As a Resident Engineer / Production Manager you'll... 

• Act as the Client’s on-site representative for a large-scale residential infrastructure schemes, ensuring delivery in line with NEC contract requirements, design intent, programme, and specification.
• Oversee construction of highways, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and associated infrastructure to adoptable standards for a 3,500-home development.
• Monitor contractor performance against the programme, ensuring progress, quality, and compliance are effectively managed and reported.
• Undertake regular site inspections focused on quality assurance, Health & Safety compliance, and adherence to environmental and contractual requirements (including CEMP).
• Administer key NEC processes 
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, designers, local authorities, statutory undertakers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and successful adoption of works.
