Residential Conveyancer in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will coordinate with clients and other parties, keep matters progressing and explain each stage clearly. Your organised approach and careful time management will help clients understand what is happening and support colleagues with reliable updates.

The Role will incorporate;

Residential sales and purchases;

Freehold and leasehold property;

New-build & shared ownership transactions;

Lease extensions;

Managing transactions through from instruction to completion;

Managing the team, including a qualified fee earner and support staff;

Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team;

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and property professionals;

The successful applicant will:

need to be 10 Years’ PQE;

have a professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clients;

display good communication skills and be a strong team player;

be comfortable adhering to compliance, policies and internal systems;
