Key responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
- Handling day-to-day client communication and correspondence
- Liaising with solicitors, clients, lenders and other relevant parties
- Progressing transactions and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation
- Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process
