Whether you've supported young people in residential care, adults with learning disabilities or individuals with mental health needs, we'll help you transfer those skills into a rewarding career in education.

- Encouraging emotional regulation using positive behaviour strategies.
- Building trusted relationships that help pupils feel safe and confident.
- Supporting communication, independence and social development.
- Assisting with sensory activities and personalised learning programmes.

- Recording progress and sharing observations with teaching staff.
Many of our schools provide excellent opportunities for career progression, with many of our Teaching Assistants moving into permanent school positions, Higher Level Teaching Assistant roles, Behaviour Mentor positions and teacher training.
