Support Worker – SEMH Support in Maesteg

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children and young people with SEMH needs in a caring and professional manner

Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence among young people
Supporting access to activities that promote development and emotional well-being
Building trusting relationships and maintaining a nurturing environment

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car, due to activity involvement in the role
Passion for supporting young people and making a difference
Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively within a team
Flexibility to work on a rota to support a healthy work-life balance
Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a protective environment
