Resourcer – Engineering, Property & FM Recruitment

Up to £24,000 plus uncapped commission.

We're looking for a motivated Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team specialising in the Engineering, Property and Facilities Management sectors.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships and supporting consultants with live vacancies.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Sales, recruitment, customer service or target-driven experience desirable, but not essential
• Confidence speaking with candidates and building relationships
