Are you passionate about recruitment, workforce planning and delivering an exceptional employee experience?

We're looking for a Resourcing Specialist to play a pivotal role within our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), supporting the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing workforce administration of skilled operatives across the UK and Ireland.

This varied role combines talent acquisition, workforce planning, dashboard and reporting management and operational support, ensuring accurate workforce data and insights are available to support operational decision-making. Alongside this, you'll help deliver an outstanding candidate and employee experience, ensuring recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration activities are managed efficiently, accurately and effectively.

Working closely with operational leaders, HR, Learning & Development and external partners, you'll help build talent pipelines, support future workforce needs, drive continuous improvement, and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational teams to understand current and future workforce requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, sourcing talent through a variety of channels including social media, job boards, networking and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs across the DLO.
  • Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
  • Develop and maintain role profiles, ensuring consistency and alignment across all DLO roles and disciplines.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment partners and external agencies.
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment and selection events across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Early Careers teams to promote opportunities and attract new talent.

 Logistics & Workforce Support

  • Maintain and develop workforce dashboards, providing accurate reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Provide administrative, monitoring and reporting support to divisional leadership teams.
  • Support onboarding, compliance training and certification requirements by working closely with HR, Recruitment, L&D and site teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment, reporting, workforce planning, and internal mobility processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workforce communications and employee information remain accurate, relevant and up to date.

General

  • Provide support to the wider Recruitment team as required.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance attraction, retention, engagement and employee development across the DLO.
