Recruitment Project Lead | 12 Month FTC | UK Wide
An exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile national recruitment project!
Zachary Daniels is delighted to be partnering with a well-established business to recruit an experienced Recruitment Project Lead on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This isn't your typical business-as-usual recruitment role.
We're looking for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys building relationships and gets excited about delivering projects that make a real difference to a business.
You'll be taking the lead on a significant UK-wide sales recruitment programme, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape recruitment plans, attract great talent and deliver a consistent, engaging candidate experience across multiple locations.
It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the balance of being strategic and hands-on. Someone who can see the bigger picture, but is equally happy rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the delivery.
What will you be doing?
Taking ownership of a large-scale, UK-wide sales recruitment programme.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and helping shape their recruitment plans.
Managing the full recruitment process, from attraction and sourcing through to assessment, offer and onboarding.
Planning and delivering assessment centres, interviews and recruitment events across the UK.
Developing talent pipelines and thinking creatively about how to attract the very best sales talent.
Providing recruitment expertise, market insights and advice to hiring managers.
Using recruitment data and insights to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Travelling across the UK to spend time with stakeholders and support recruitment activity on the ground.
What are we looking for?
First and foremost, you must have previous experience recruiting sales professionals to be considered for this opportunity.
Beyond that, we'd love to speak to people who bring:
A strong background in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment project delivery.
Experience managing high-volume or multi-site recruitment campaigns.
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
Experience designing and delivering assessment centres and selection processes.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
A genuine passion for candidate experience and getting recruitment right.
The ability to work independently, take ownership and keep things moving.
A commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge and offer solutions.
We're looking for someone who is personable, credible and great at building relationships. Someone who can quickly get under the skin of a business, understand what good looks like and bring people along on the journey.
Why consider this opportunity?
If you enjoy recruitment projects, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be a fantastic next move.
You'll have the chance to lead a significant recruitment programme, work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping teams across the UK.
This is a role with plenty of ownership, visibility and the opportunity to really put your stamp on something.
A few things to know:
12 month fixed-term contract.
High-profile, national recruitment project.
Regular UK-wide travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Car allowance available where applicable.
Opportunity to work closely with senior Sales and People leaders.
If you're an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Project Manager or Recruitment Lead with a strong background in sales recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
