The role includes:
- Preparing and presenting a range of meat products
- Serving customers and providing advice
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Creating attractive product displays
- Supporting promotions and seasonal offers
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
About you:
- Previous retail butchery experience
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation
- Confident and friendly with customers
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Passionate about quality
- Able to handle heavier products
- Flexible to work an alternating weekend rota
