Role of Retail Travel Consultant:

• Creating memorable holiday experiences by understanding customers' needs and finding their perfect holiday.
• Selling a wide range of holidays, flights and travel experiences.
• Building strong relationships with customers and developing repeat business.
• Proactively generating sales and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Working towards individual and branch sales targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Keeping up to date with destinations, products and travel trends.
• Working as part of a supportive team to help make the new branch a success.

Skills required for the role:

• Previous experience within the travel industry, ideally within a retail travel environment.
• A genuine passion for travel and enjoys sharing knowledge with customers.
• Confident selling holidays and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by sales targets and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive and a great team player.
• Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to be part of a brand-new branch opening.
