What will you do as Revenue Growth Manager?

  • Reporting into the Sales Director, looking after commercial viability across all customers and categories
  • Evaluate commercial viability of NPPD and conduct margin analysis
  • Work on elasticity assessments and evaluations
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting and profitability reviews
  • Deliver recommendations to support revenue growth and profitability
  • Work closely with Category, Marketing, NPD and other teams on wider business success

What do you need?

  • Demonstrable success in a similar role within FMCG or retail is essential
  • The desire to drive profitable sales growth across global markets
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to use business intelligence platform
  • Excellent forecasting and budgeting capabilities
  • Confident in building strong internal and external relationships
