Revit Engineer (Building Services / M&E) – Contract

Location: Central London (Hybrid Working – Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract Type: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours per Day

Interlinx is seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our clients Design Team on a 3-month rolling contract basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple Building Services and M&E projects across critical infrastructure sectors, including works for National Grid and Heathrow Airport.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Central London office and the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain detailed Revit models for Building Services and M&E installations.
  • Develop coordinated 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
  • Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated project delivery.
  • Generate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from Revit models.
  • Participate in design reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
  • Ensure all modelling work complies with client specifications, industry standards, and project BIM execution plans.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or M&E environment.
  • Experience producing detailed MEP models and associated drawings.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, aviation, or regulated sector projects.
  • Previous experience supporting projects for National Grid, Heathrow Airport, or similar high-profile clients.

Software Requirements

  • It would be beneficial for candidates to have access to their own Autodesk Revit licence; however, a licence can be provided by the client if required.

Contract Details

  • 3-month rolling contract with potential for extension.
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour working days.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 office-based days per week in Central London.
