Revit MEP Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy Design & Build contractor on an initial 10-month contract.
You'll work alongside an established design team of Engineers and BIM Coordinators, delivering Stage 4-5 residential and education projects. This is a hands-on coordination role covering full M&E services, including setting up and developing models from scratch where required.
Remote working can be considered.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating full Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in Revit
- Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Setting up and developing Revit models from scratch
- Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers
- Reviewing and coordinating consultant models
- Resolving clashes and coordination issues through project delivery
What we're looking for
- Strong Revit MEP coordination experience
- Building Services / MEP contractor experience
- Confident coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services
- Experience working on detailed Stage 4-5 projects
- Ability to independently set up and manage Revit models
- Residential or education project experience would be beneficial
The opportunity
£35-£40 per hour, Outside IR35, with an initial 10-month contract and the flexibility for remote working. A Revit licence can also be provided.
