Robot Welder in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Robot Welder to join one of our manufacturing clients in CV37.

In this role, you will operate robotic welding equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welders with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all fabricated parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and minor repairs of welded components.
• Conduct inspections of finished welds for adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.
• Document production activities, including welding parameters and inspection results.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm
