Roof Extension | New Roof to Join Existing Roof
We are currently looking for an experienced Roofer for a residential extension project in CV12, Coventry.
The work involves extending the existing property by approximately 1 metre and constructing a new roof that will join into the existing roof.
The successful Roofer must have proven experience carrying out roof extensions and be confident creating a professional, weather-tight connection between the new roof and existing roof structure.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Roofer
- Proven experience with roof extensions
- Experience joining a new roof into an existing roof
- Able to work accurately around an existing roof structure
- High standard of workmanship required
- Recent work references required
- Own tools
- Own PPE
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work safely on a residential construction project
- Extend the roof by approximately 1 metre
- Construct the new roof for the extension
- Join the new roof into the existing roof
- Ensure the connection is properly constructed and weather-tight
- Work alongside the Bricklayer and other trades
- Complete roofing works to a high standard
- Maintain a safe and tidy working area
