Location: Grimsby or Boston, Lincs

Rate: £200 - £220 a day (CIS Subcontractor)

Hours: Mon-Fri (07:30-16:30)

Contract: Up to 8 months

Start Date: August 2026

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a Social Housing Services company looking after a Roofing and Repairs Contract in Lincolnshire.

You will be working on Pitched Roofing within Domestic Properties and Social Housing settings.

Please note - The client are looking for Roofing Gangs (long term) on this Contract.

Roofer Requirements:

• A Valid CSCS Card
• A Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• A Valid Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling Certificate.
• Your own tools and PPE.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Roofer (in Social Housing Contracts/Domestic settings).
