Working Pattern: Up to 4 days working from home, 1 day in the Bradford office

Our client is looking for an experienced Roofing & Cladding Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in roofing, cladding or the wider building envelope sector to join an established business while benefiting from a highly flexible working arrangement.
You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of roofing and cladding projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the tender process.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for roofing and cladding projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Complete accurate material, labour and plant take-offs
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify project risks, exclusions and commercial opportunities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process
- Produce accurate and competitive tender submissions
- Work closely with design, commercial and project teams
- Manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
- Assist with the handover of successful projects to the delivery team
- Previous experience as an Estimator within roofing, cladding, façades or a related construction environment
- Strong technical understanding of roofing and/or cladding systems
- Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
- Experience preparing detailed tenders and cost estimates
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant estimating software
- Full UK driving licence
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary
- Up to 4 days working from home
- 1 day per week in the Bradford office
