Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a highly respected rural property consultancy to recruit a Rural Surveyor for its Suffolk team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor with a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience to join an established and successful practice with a strong reputation across the region.
The RoleWorking as part of an experienced rural team, you will provide professional surveying and property advice to a diverse portfolio of private clients, landowners and rural businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional rural surveying and estate management advice.
- Undertaking property and land management work across a varied rural portfolio.
- Assisting with valuations and professional reports.
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, including agricultural and rural leases.
- Advising clients on rural property matters and helping to maximise the value of their assets.
- Supporting the management and development of rural estates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the rural team.
The successful candidate will be:
- MRICS qualified with at least 1 year’s PQE.
- Experienced within a rural surveying, estate management or rural property environment.
- Commercially aware, with strong technical and professional skills.
- Confident dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ideally experienced in agricultural tenancies, valuations and rural estate management.
