Sales Account Manager

We have a newly created opportunity in Cheltenham to join our established team as a Recruitment Consultant.

✅ Uncapped commission with no thresholds
✅ 35-hour week
✅ Early finish every Friday (1:30pm)
✅ 25 days holiday rising to 30 days

✅ Mix of temporary and permanent recruitment

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Business development and sales activity
• Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and networking
• Managing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to placement
• Developing accounts and becoming a trusted adviser
