The Sales Administrator will support both pre- and post-sale activities, conducting administrative, marketing, and tender-related tasks. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with an experienced team of Sales Administrators and provide support to the wider sales team.

The successful candidate will be a well-organised and dependable team member who is comfortable working across a broad range of sales administration, tender support, and general coordination tasks. They will be able to prioritise effectively, communicate professionally, and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling documentation and records. They should be confident using IT systems, willing to support colleagues across the wider team, and able to respond positively to changing business needs. A flexible and initiative-taking approach will be important in ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Your working location will depend on where you live and may be home-based or hybrid, split between home and the companies HQ. Living within commuting distance of our Watford HQ is desirable but not essential.
  • Some business travel may be required; mileage expenses will be paid at the appropriate rate

Sales Administration

  • Support in the preparation of tenders, quotations & sales documentation
  • Processing purchase orders in line with company requirements
  • Responding to Tender Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, using documented resources, liaising with other team members and knowledge of the company
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records – clients, customers and deal data
  • Producing reports and processing sales information through CRM systems
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and handling or distributing client enquiries
  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers to support sales activity
  • Maintaining document libraries and supporting the efficient completion of sales administration tasks
  • Assisting with marketing activity and helping maintain company branding across internal and external documents, including Word and PowerPoint materials
  • Performing any other duties required by the line manager/ Sales Director that are appropriate to the role
