Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are quite the same?
Elevation Recruitment Business Support Team are working with a well-established Sheffield business to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the customer journey - processing orders and quotations, handling enquiries, coordinating deliveries and working closely with sales, operations and dispatch to keep everything running smoothly.
Experience within manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous, but we're open to candidates from any sector who have strong sales administration experience and are confident working with ERP systems.
The Role
- Processing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation
- Handling customer enquiries confidently via phone and email
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with carriers
- Keeping customer and order information accurate and up to date
- Working closely with internal sales, operations and dispatch teams
- Supporting the wider team with general administration
- Helping ensure customers receive a responsive and efficient service
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Sales Administration, Customer Service or Internal Sales
- Confident using an ERP system - essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A confident and professional communicator
- Proactive, reliable and happy to get stuck in
- A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively
