• £27,285 entry level
• £30,000 experienced sales people
• Average bonus £1,800 per month
• Top performers earning around £2,500 per month bonus
• Uncapped commission

Hours

• 4 days: 8:45am - 5:00pm
• 1 late day: 11:00am - 8:00pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00am - 2:00pm office or home

Hybrid

• Mon & Tue in office
• Wed, Thu & Fri from home

Parking

The Role

• Selling Private Medical Insurance
• Speaking to customers who have already enquired
• No cold calling
• Comparing insurers and policies
• Recommending the best cover
• Converting enquiries into sales
• Managing a pipeline of leads
• Working towards sales targets
