Sales Advisor in Heathrow, Greater London

A busy franchised showroom near Heathrow is looking for a Sales Advisor. You'll join a successful sales team at a dealership backed by a large, established group, with a competitive basic, uncapped earning potential and a company car.

This role suits someone who enjoys the whole customer journey. That means the first conversation, the test drive, finding the right finance package and handing over the keys.

What you'll be doing

• Selling new and used vehicles through a structured, customer-first sales process
• Handling walk-in, phone and online enquiries promptly and professionally
• Helping customers choose the right vehicle and explaining features, finance and add-on products
• Arranging and accompanying test drives
• Managing your own diary, appointments and follow-ups
• Keeping the customer database accurate and up to date
• Working closely with the Business Manager and sales team to hit targets
• Presenting yourself and the showroom professionally at all times

What we're looking for

• Experience in a targeted sales environment (car sales experience is ideal)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional, well presented, ambitious and proactive
• Committed to giving customers a high standard of service
• A full UK driving licence
