About the Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their Brighton team, working directly with customers across retail environments, events, pop-ups, and local campaigns.

You’ll speak with customers face-to-face, introduce relevant products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

Previous sales experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing coaching provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with customers face-to-face

  • Introduce products and services clearly

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options

  • Answer questions and provide product information

  • Build positive customer relationships

  • Deliver friendly and professional sales conversations

  • Handle customer questions and objections

  • Generate new customer enquiries

  • Work towards individual and team targets

  • Represent clients professionally at all times

Training & Progression

Training will cover sales techniques, communication, customer engagement, product knowledge, and professional development.

As you develop, you can progress into Senior Sales Assistant, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management roles.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, reliable, motivated, and comfortable speaking with customers.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or recruitment is beneficial but not essential.
