We’re currently expanding our exclusive talent pool of sales professionals for upcoming permanent opportunities across Sales, Business Development, Account Management and other commercially focused positions.
What we look for in Sales candidates:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales, business development, account management or customer-facing role
- Confident and engaging communication style, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets and performance expectations
- Proactive and resilient approach to identifying and developing opportunities
- Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, follow-up and relationship building
- Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple leads, customers or accounts simultaneously
- Tech-confident, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar
- Positive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to build strong long-term relationships while maintaining a commercial focus
