About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing industrial division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing desk, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial or blue-collar sector
- Strong track record in billing and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Mon-Thur - 09:00-16:30
Friday early finish 15:00
Pay:
£38k - £55k depening on experiance
