Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Closer to join a well-established stairlift engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional to convert leads into customers, close deals, and drive business growth in the stairlift industry.

The Sales Closer Role

• 
  Contact warm leads and prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
• 
  Follow up on appointments and quotations to secure new business
• 
  Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and requirements
• 
  Explain stairlift products, services, and benefits to potential customers
• 
  Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns confidently
• 
  Negotiate offers and guide customers through the sales process
• 
  Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales opportunities
• 
  Work closely with the appointment-setting team to maximise conversions
• 
  Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• 
  Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

The Sales Closer Candidate

• 
  Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a target-driven sales environment
• 
  Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills
• 
  Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales
• 
  Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to achieve results
• 
  Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• 
  Organised, with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
• 
  Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• 
  Proactive, persuasive, and professional, with a strong commercial mindset
