Sales Coordinator

£30,000 Basic Salary + £6,000 Annual Bonus

Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected business that supplies products and services to the shipping, offshore and industrial sectors.

This is not a cold-calling sales role.

Instead, you'll be joining an experienced and supportive sales team where you'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, source products and guide orders from enquiry through to delivery.

If you enjoy speaking with customers, finding solutions and being part of a fast-paced commercial team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Whether your background is in internal sales, trade counter, customer service, account management or commercial administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:

• Building strong relationships with business customers.
• Responding to incoming enquiries by phone and email.
• Preparing competitive quotations.
• Processing customer orders accurately.
• Sourcing products from an established supplier network.
• Negotiating prices to maximise profitability.
• Working closely with purchasing, warehouse and operations teams.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the order process.
• Using CRM and internal systems to manage customer information.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

• Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.
• Has experience in sales, customer service or commercial administration.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Takes ownership of their work and enjoys solving problems.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Experience within shipping, engineering, industrial supplies or wholesale distribution would be an advantage but is by no means essential. Full product training will be provided.
