We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established national storage company for a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based at their Brentford offices.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
- Processing deposits and arranging follow-up contact
- Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system
- Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when required
- At least 2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment
- A natural sales ability and positive, "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A results-driven approach and the ability to work well within a small team
- Previous complaint-handling experience would be advantageous
Permanent, Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Salary: Up to £13.22 per hour + uncapped commission
Location: Brentford, TW7
The working pattern will include:
- Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
- 6 additional hours during the week
