Sales & Customer Service Agent (Spanish Speaking)

£12.79 per hour + Uncapped Monthly Commission
Full Time | 40 Hours per Week
We're recruiting for a fluent Spanish and English speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who enjoys speaking with customers, achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.
The Role
- Convert inbound enquiries into bookings
- Recommend suitable products and services
- Upsell additional options to maximise revenue
- Manage booking amendments and customer queries
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate records
About You
- Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Confident communicator with strong closing skills
- Target-driven and customer focused
- Travel or hospitality experience is an advantage
