Sales Development Co-Ordinator, Salford Based

£28,000 Basic (with an attractive bonus scheme, with the potential to earn £40,000 +)

Mon To Fri, Full Time.

A successful and constantly growing company are looking for a new Sales Development Co-ordinator to join their Business Development team. This is a high‑activity outbound role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings for the senior sales team.

Responsibilities as Sales Development Co-Ordinator

  • Prospect via cold calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Work warm and cold leads from the CRM
  • Research and build your own pipeline
  • Map target accounts and identify key decision‑makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
  • Book high‑quality discovery meetings with full context
  • Support scheduling and follow‑up activity
  • Work to weekly and monthly KPIs

Essential skills as a Sales Development Co-Ordinator

  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development
  • Confident phone manner and strong written communication
  • Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with rejection
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • CRM experience and strong research skills
  • LinkedIn‑savvy with the ability to map accounts
