We’re looking for a driven Car Sales Executive to join our high‑performing dealership team in Corby. With fresh enquiries coming in daily — so many that the team is struggling to keep up — this is a genuine opportunity for a motivated Car Sales Executive to earn exceptional money in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll represent two of the UK’s top automotive brands, offering innovation, bold design and cutting‑edge hybrid and electric technology. This role is ideal for an established Car Sales Executive who thrives on customer interaction, takes pride in delivering a first‑class experience, and wants a long‑term career with strong earning potential.
Earnings & Hours
- Realistic earnings of at least £50,000
- High performers regularly achieve £70,000+ OTE
- Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6pm (with a day off during the week)
- Saturdays: 8:30am–5pm
- Zero Sundays

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will:
- Present and demonstrate a wide range of vehicles
- Guide customers through the full buying journey
- Sell vehicles, finance, insurance and add‑on products
- Ensure customers receive the right products in line with regulatory standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long‑term relationships
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Organised with good administration ability
- Confident using IT systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven background in customer service
- Track record of achieving sales targets profitably
