Salary: Up to €40,000 + commission
OTE: Circa €65,000

We are seeking an exceptional Bridal Sales Expert to join the Paris team of an internationally renowned luxury fashion house.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury sales professional with a strong background in Bridal, Couture or high-end fashion, combined with a proven ability to build and develop relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, highly personalised bridal experience - from the initial consultation through to the final fitting and collection - while developing long-term relationships with an exclusive clientele.

The Role

• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised bridal shopping experience to clients.

• Build trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and their families.

• Manage the full bridal sales journey, from initial enquiry and consultation through to purchase and aftercare.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

• Develop a strong network of new and existing bridal clients and referral opportunities.

• Provide expert product, styling and bridal advice, ensuring every client receives a truly bespoke experience.

• Work closely with internal teams, including alterations, production and operations, to ensure a seamless client journey.

• Proactively follow up with clients and maximise opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

• Represent the brand with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and luxury service.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines exceptional sales ability with genuine expertise in Bridal or Couture.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in Bridal, Couture or luxury fashion sales.

• A strong track record of selling to HNW/UHNW clientele.

• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.

• A natural ability to create trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• A highly polished and discreet approach to client service.

• Fluent French and English.

• A passion for luxury fashion and delivering truly memorable client experiences.
